Applications are invited from eligible candidates to fill up 08 (eight) posts of Stenographers Grade-III(including 01 post of Stenographer Grade-II) on adhoc basis on the principle of equal pay for equal work i.e.Rs.25,500/- (minimum of the pay-scale of the post without any allowances), for a period of six months or till regular appointments are made by Hon'ble Punjab & Haryana High Court, Chandigarh, or, till the regular Stenographers Grade-III become eligible for their promotion to the posts of Stenographer Grade-II, whichever is earlier
(a) A person who possesses a degree of Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent there to from a recognized university. (b) The candidate shall have to pass a test at a speed of 80 W.P.M. in English Shorthand and 20 W.P.M. in transcription of the same on computer. The candidate should have proficiency in operation of computers (word processing and spread sheets).

Shorthand test shall be conducted in Judicial Courts Complex, Sector-17, HUDA, Jagadhri, Distt.Yamuna Nagar on 26.05.2024 (Sunday) from 10:00 A.M. onwards
i) Format of application can be downloaded from the website of this Sessions Division i.e.https://yamunanagar.dcourts.gov.in/notice-category/recruitments/. ii) Applicants should attach self attested copies of their testimonials along with the application with their latest passport size photograph duly attested, affixed on the application. iii) Incomplete applications shall be rejected straightway without assigning any reason whatsoever.
